The 2019 Ford Explorer is great for both city and highway driving. This fifth generation model maintained its roomy comfortable interior and sporty look. The 2019 model has a V6 engine and gets approximately 26 highway MPG and 16 city MPG**, making it a fuel efficient SUV with enough power to handle difficult terrain.

The 2019 Ford Explorer is equipped with, belt minder, crash alert system, and optional safety devices to keep you and your passengers safe. The Explorer's smart technology includes a backup camera, lane drifting, and a head-on collision warning. 


Travel in Class

2019 Ford Explorer owners can choose from one of five trim levels including the Base, XLT, Limited, Sport and Platinum. In addition to eight exterior color options to select from, the cabin is roomy and comfortably seats seven passengers.  The two front seats are heated bucket seats and the two other rows are bench seats.

5-Star Ratings

In 2019, the National Highway Traffic and Safety Administration awarded the Ford Explorer five stars for overall safety. This award accolades five star performance for driver and passenger side crashes, front end crashes and rollovers. JD Power awarded the Ford Explorer best in class, and the Kelley Blue Book gave it a 5-star crash test rating.
